If you want to experience how crazy the Dutch can be, come to Amsterdam at April 27.
You won’t be alone: from all over the country and abroad people get to the capital to find large numbers of people selling on the streets. Everybody wears orange outfit and many boats sail through the canals and put their music boxes at full volume.
One of the best prides in the world. In 2015 this event will take place from July 31 - August 2. All major festivities being organized the last weekend with on Saturday August 1 the famous Canal Parade.
From August 14 – 23, 2014 the ‘Grachtenfestival’ brings ten days of classical music in special – indoor and outdoor – locations throughout Amsterdam.
Every year the festival takes another theme and is visited annually by more than 50,000 people from The Netherlands and abroad.
On the first Saturday in November, about 50 of Amsterdam museums offer special, themed events and performances between 7 p.m. and 2 a.m. Most of the museums also offer food and drinks aligned with their themes on Museum Night.
Buy tickets ahead of time to avoid lines and to be sure it’s not sold out.
The football enthusiast can go to the Amsterdam Arena to see play Ajax Amsterdam.

Open Garden Days
Every year in the third weekend of June the Amsterdam Open Garden Days are held. On the 19, 20 and 21 of June 2015 some thirty canal gardens will be open to the public.
The gardens will be open all three days from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m..
